He co-founded Akru, Malaysia's first homegrown SC-licensed robo-advisor, and scaled it to a fully operational Digital Investment Management platform. A former Vice President at J.P. Morgan (Singapore) and CIMB (Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur), and a well-known voice on BFM 89.9, Julian translates complex financial strategy into clear, executable plans.

With over 20 years of experience across advertising, FMCG, and financial services, Karen co-founded CS Tech Solutions to help SMEs and corporates navigate digital transformation, and has led organisations from early-stage startup through to funded growth venture.
